The Meadows Original Frozen Custard is a year-round thing where we come from - doesn't matter if it's snowing outside with sub-zero temps or so hot you can't stand it. Growing up, it was not unusual for our family to go sled riding for hours and THEN jump into the car to drive 20 miles in a blizzard just to get some of that frozen 'wind pudding'. And we always knew the Meadows would be open just as they have been year-round since 1950. Fortunately, some things never change. Get into that '50s freeze' mode and try a frozen 'comfort' treat soon.
Our store is conveniently located less than one mile from the Prime Outlets in the South Pointe Shopping Center on East Oak Ridge Drive in Hagerstown. Stop in and relax in our retro 50s-style parlor or outside benches (and 50s music as well!) Or if you’re running short on time feel free to use our walk-up windows as well as our convenient drive-thru. Stop in and try our one-of-a-kind Original Frozen Custard that has been talked about for 50 years! We also carry nine flavors of Italian Ice & Gelatis.
Directions: We are located just off Exit 29B of I-70 traveling East and Exit 29 traveling West (one mile from Prime Outlets). Exiting off East or West, continue staight about 1/4 mile, staying in the right lane. Turn right at Sheetz onto East Oak Ridge Drive. Follow for approximately 1/2 mile past South Pointe Center I, II, & III (on the left) to the end until you see our stand-alone building (across from UPS) with the big neon Meadows sign and drive-thru canopy. There are access roads on both sides of our building.
